Maddie Slone

Head Coach

Maddie Slone is an event coordinator for a cheerleading event producer and is married to her high school sweetheart. She was a 4 year member of the TAMU Cheer Squad from 2017-2021. While on the team Maddie served a year as Vice President, two years as President, and was part of the team that won NCA College Nationals in 2018 & 2019. Maddie is also a former NCA Staff member and has been in and around the cheerleading industry since a young age. She looks forward to giving back to her TAMU Cheer Family.

Katie Arrington

Assistant Coach

Katie is a special education teacher and is married with two sons. She grew up competitively cheering & coaching junior teams, she cheered at Sam Houston for 5 years, where she was captain for a year, and won nationals 3 times while there!
She coached at A&M 18-19, where the team won nationals!

She stepped away from cheer when she had her first son, but is beyond excited to be back in the cheer world and with A&M!

Jordin Bourg

Assistant Coach

Jordin Bourg is one of our assistant coaches and on staff for STUMO, a college ministry focused on leadership, character, and faith-based growth. Jordin was a four-year member of the Texas A&M University Cheer Squad from 2018 to 2022, during which she served as treasurer and achieved significant goals, including winning in 2019!! Jordin loves this program and has its best interest at heart. She looks forward to continuing to invest and help TAMU Cheer grow as a program!
